21st Century Leaders is a long-term leadership development program for high school students that begins the summer of their sophomore year and continues through the summer of their senior year. Through specialized training, practical leadership experiences, and access to role models; students progress through a program that centers on diversity, ethics, communication, teamwork and personal leadership. 21st Century Leaders are engaged interactive workshops, corporate tours, roundtable sessions with business leaders, and retreats. Members will have multiple opportunities to plan and implement school-wide service projects and to organize programs for other students at Northview. Members will also have the opportunity to network with youth leaders across the state
