Purpose: The purpose of the animal rights club is to inform others about inhumane treatment of animals today and make a difference in the lives of the animals. Possible activities include fundraisers for various organizations, volunteering at animal shelters, and having animal rights activities at school. Goals: This year being our first year, the main goal of the club is to get started successfully and get people to join the club. After that, we will be able to participate in fundraisers and help raise awareness about animal suffering. Meetings: We will meet in Ms. McMaster's room, 510, about twice a month, to decide what activities we will do and discuss anything else as a club. Dues/Requirements: There are no requirements other than a desire to help out and make a difference. Dues will be $5-10, depending on estimated expenses. Co-Founders: Chelsea Gerdeman and Jordan Gibson
