STATE SUPERINTENDENT TO VISIT NORTHVIEW!!!
State
Superintendent of Schools Kathy Cox will be visiting Northview High School on Tuesday, November
6. The purpose of her visit is to recognize our school for maintaining
a high level of student achievement for several years. Superintendent Cox will be
escorted to the gym by our JROTC Cadets for a twenty-five minute assembly
at 9:00 am during which time she will address the entire student
body. Please accept this as my personal invitation to you to join
us for this historic event. Because parking is limited, please
arrive by 8:45 and park in the drive along the front of the school on the
white curb side of the drive; do not park on the red curb side.

VOLLEYBALL TEAM WINS
STATE!!

The Northview Volleyball team reclaimed
their title of State Champions as they solidly defeated Kennesaw Mountain
in the state finals. The team will be honored at our annual Fall
Breakfast of Champions!

YEARBOOK ORDERS MADE EASY

In order to
make ordering a yearbook easy and convenient, we have provided a direct
link to Jostens on-line ordering on the school's website. The link
is currently being featured above the dominant picture. Please
click on "order your yearbook" and follow the directions.
The link will remain listed under "important links" until the
end of January, when all orders are due. Those of you who ordered a
yearbook during pre-planning as part of the publications package, a book has already been ordered in your child's name;
however, you will receive information about personalizing your child's
book. Those packets will be sent out at the beginning of next week
and will come in a school envelope. Please direct all questions to

POINSETTIAS

Holiday Poinsettias are available for
purchase! The poinsettias are florist quality and normally sell for
$40.00; however, we are selling each for only $20.00. Orders
are due on November 13th. Buy one for yourself, friends or family or
provide them as a hostess gift.
All proceeds are used to provide a safe
graduation evening for our senior class. Flyers are located
in the Front Office or you may visit the Northview
PTSA fundraiser website.
