While all of us at school enjoy the many traditions and activities of Homecoming Week, please remember that some of our events are for the entire community. This Friday, we invite everyone to line Parsons Road and enjoy our gala homecoming parade that will step-off from Wilson Creek ES at 5:30 and end at our stadium entrance. We have many student organizations participating and especially invite you to bring our "future Titans" to see their older siblings enjoying this cherished Northview tradition. Following the parade, there will be tailgating in the parking lot and class skit competitions in the stadium. At 7:10 we will have the lighting of the Glendi torch followed by our pre-game show. At 7:30, the Titans will take the field as we host the Milton Eagles. Our goal is to pack the stands with a show of support for our Titans who work so hard each and every week. I look forward to seeing each of you at the game.
Next week is PSAT week. On Wednesday, October 17 th , the PSAT will be administered to all students in grades 9, 10, and 11. It is extremely important that all students be present and on time as there is no make-up session for the test. Seniors will have a full morning of activities beginning with the class picture at 8:30 followed by our Senior Breakfast and the Senior tradition of viewing "Happy Gilmore." This is always a day that our Seniors look forward to and provides a time for the administrators to interact with the Seniors on an informal basis.
Ever Upward and Onward!
