Dear Freshmen Parents:

A number of parents who received letters from the school system regarding the Affidavit of Residency have recently called about the program. In all cases, these calls were from parents who had participated in the pilot program last spring at River Trail and assumed the affidavit submitted at that time would carry over to this year. This is not correct. We must have a current Affidavit of Residency, i.e. completed after July 1, 2007, on file for every student. If you have not submitted a current Affidavit of Residence, please provide the completed, notarized form and requested documentation at your earliest convenience. A Notary Public will be available during office hours if needed.
